Mission

The mission of Leaf consists in optimizing and creating value through its own brands and own customers. In order to complete this mission, Leaf has developed a strategy based on four fundamental points:

- Pointing on a  profitable growth: to consolidate the " base business" , to pursue different strategies for candies and rubbers through a geographic expansion and strategic and challenger acquisitions.

- Removing the barriers; harmonization and rationalization of the references, the receipts, the packaging and the not strategic brands; a unique process of forecasting and planning to European level.

- Controlling the costs: alignment between business strategy and productive abilities, centralized supplyings and outsourcing of not strategic activities.

- Strengthening people and organization: valorization and development of the potential, prizes and acknowledgments correlated to the performances and to the results, guide lines centrally defined but managed on a local level.

The illustrated strategic imperatives become indices of performances, essential in order to verify that programs and business strategy fall into line.
